Your website,
handled end to end.
We build, host, maintain, and improve your website as ongoing infrastructure. SEO and AEO are built in so the site stays visible to people and the machines they ask.
Managed websites.
Built, hosted, updated, and measured by one senior team.
This is the center of the studio. Most clients do not need another launch project; they need the whole website owned by people who know how to keep it healthy. We design, build, host, and maintain it end to end.
Every managed site includes the search and answer-engine groundwork we would recommend anyway: fast pages, structured content, clean metadata, schema, measurement, and a clear path for updates.
- 01Design & buildWeeks 1–6A custom, fast, accessible site — designed, written, and shipped by the senior team.
- 02Hosting & securityOngoingManaged hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and the boring safety net.
- 03Updates & contentOngoingCopy changes, new pages, and design tweaks handled for you — usually same-day.
- 04SEO & AEO, built inOngoingTechnical SEO, schema, and answer-engine readiness baked in from day one.
Traditional SEO.
The boring, durable kind — built to compound for years, not quarters.
Most SEO engagements fail the same way: too many recommendations, too little shipping. We do the opposite. We audit, rank the fixes by honest impact, and execute alongside your team. No 90-page PDFs nobody reads.
We're strongest on mid-market B2B, SaaS, professional services, and local multi-location businesses. We won't take on black-hat work, adult, or anything where the goal is to mislead.
- 01Technical audit & remediationWeeks 1–3Crawl, index, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, canonicalization.
- 02Content architectureWeeks 2–5Topic clusters, internal linking, and a plainly-ranked content backlog.
- 03Local SEOWeeks 3–8Google Business Profile, citations, review ops, multi-location at scale.
- 04MeasurementOngoingA dashboard your exec team can read in 45 seconds. No vanity metrics.
Answer Engine Optimization.
The work of being cited when someone asks a model instead of a search bar.
Traffic from answer engines looks nothing like traffic from Google. It's fewer clicks, higher intent, and the surface that decides your visibility isn't a SERP — it's a paragraph. We design for that paragraph.
Practically, this means re-shaping existing content for citeability, publishing structured data an LLM can parse, and building the kind of off-site presence (reviews, mentions, structured profiles) that models actually train on.
- 01Visibility baselineWeek 1Your current standing across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude for ~200 target prompts.
- 02Citeability rewritesWeeks 2–6Restructuring flagship pages so models can lift them cleanly.
- 03Entity & structured dataWeeks 3–8Schema, knowledge graph hygiene, author bios, and the rest of the plumbing.
- 04Monthly re-scanOngoingPrompt tracker, change log, and a one-page summary.
AI consulting.
Grown-up advice, not hype-ups. We help you pick the two or three things actually worth doing.
Most AI proposals are shopping lists. Ours are subtractive. We spend a week with your team, map the real workflow, and point at the handful of places where a model genuinely reduces toil or unlocks revenue. Everything else gets marked “not yet.”
Deliverables are plain: a written opportunity map, a short-list of tools or vendors, a rough cost envelope, and the names of the humans on your side who'll own each workstream.
- 01DiscoveryWeek 1Shadowing, interviews, and a clean map of the work as it actually is.
- 02Opportunity rankWeek 25–12 opportunities, scored on impact, effort, and reversibility.
- 03Vendor / build decisionWeek 3Buy vs. build for each item, with honest numbers and a shortlist.
- 0490-day roadmapWeek 4Sequenced rollout, owners, and a kill-switch for anything underperforming.
AI tools & workflow design.
We build internal tools your team can run without us — then we hand over the keys.
This is where most of our AI work lands: agent-backed internal tools, content pipelines, research assistants, customer support automations, and the glue between them. We build thin, observable, and boring on purpose — so your team can maintain it.
Every engagement ends with a runbook, a Loom walkthrough, and a 30-minute session to hand it off. If you want us on a monthly retainer afterward, we offer that. If you don't, that's fine too.
- 01PrototypeWeeks 1–2Working software on day 10. Ugly, but real and measurable.
- 02PilotWeeks 3–5Three users, real data, one measurable outcome we're optimizing for.
- 03ShipWeeks 6–8Hardening, observability, access control, and internal rollout.
- 04HandoverWeek 9Runbook, walkthrough, and ownership transfer. We leave, cleanly.
Three ways to work with us.
Scope and pricing are always written down. We don't bill by the hour and we don't do MSAs.

Plain answers.
The ones we get most often on the first call.
How fast do you start?
Usually two to three weeks from a signed SOW. We cap active engagements at six so we can actually show up for each one.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No — anyone who does is lying. We do guarantee the work, and we'll refund the last month if we're not hitting the outcomes we agreed on in the SOW.
Can we see a sample audit?
Yes. Send a note from a work email and we'll share two anonymized recent audits within a day.
Do you work with agencies?
Sometimes. We white-label AEO and AI tooling for a handful of agency partners. Not SEO — too many cooks.
Do you have juniors?
No. Every person on the engagement is a senior practitioner with at least seven years in their discipline.
